Obviously this means I should write about cats.

• Maine loves cats and keeps sneaking them onto the ship, no matter how many times the rest of them try to stop it. Wash makes it his duty to try and find it and get rid of it, even though he hates the damn things. Once, Maine locked him in his own room with the cat and stood outside the door for an hour refusing to let Wash out. Wash never let him live it down but never did manage to get revenge.
• The Director has a cat that hangs around his office — because she sure as hell doesn’t belong to him. The only person she appears to tolerate is the Counselor, no matter how much Church feeds her or tries to dote on her, and she tends to claw anyone who looks at her the wrong way. Her name? Allison.
• Pre-implant Wash hates cats, but since Church likes them, post-implant Wash likes them but will never admit to it.
• Wash is good at poker, but sometimes he forgets he doesn’t have a helmet to cover his expressions.

god idk i have so much wash headcanon i need a topic. that isn’t porn. because then we’d be here all night.
